1.      Develop agriculture/mariculture industry such that it is viable, competitive and integral to the VI economy.
2.      Improve the system of education to become one of the best in the world. Employ school vouchers, charter schools and boarding schools to diversify and improve the product. Provide free schooling through college. Monitor all children in the community and ensure the proper development of every young person through the age of 25.
3.      Establish policies to enhance economic development.
4.      Establish as an objective that jobs will be provided for every able person, with strict emphasis on young adults.
5.      Cut electricity rates by at least 50% within 18 months.
a.      Old WAPA generators will be replaced with new, more efficient ones.
b.      Construct a new power generation plant on St. Croix’s south shore.
c.       Improve water supply services and price.
6.      Establish a world-class health care system.
7.      No free federal monies shall be returned unused due to negligence.
8.      All main roads shall be properly paved to withstand the elements for decades.
9.      Normalize relations with the United States such that Virgin Islanders are equal citizens with all other United States citizens.
10.  Legalize cannabis to create a viable and profitable controlled industry that will create jobs and revenue, and reduce criminal activity significantly.
11.  Streamline all government processes (i.e. business licensing, DPNR permits, etc.)
12.  Solve the traffic problem on St. Thomas with overpasses and other engineering remedies.
13.  Provide affordable inter-island transportation.
14.  Institute policy that will develop VI pride and nationalism.
15.  Return lost wages to government employees impacted by the 8% cut.
16.  Establish policy to ensure adequate affordable housing for citizens.
17.  Establish a comprehensive land and water use plan.
18.  Pursue excise taxes due to the VI.
19.  Answer to the needs of the people.
